ReplyDeletetwiggy: yes, basically. NLTM is a really neat super duochrome polish and when i was recently visiting a nail supply store that sold a lot of the Katy Perry collection, i noticed that there were clearly two different versions of NLTM being sold under the same name. one is pretty unimpressive looking, the dud, because it has almost no green/purple duochrome. it's basically a silver metallic with silver glitter.
